To create instances for Capacitated Facility Location
Problem we
construct generator. It uses pseudorandom-number generator and creates the
matrix of transportation cost {gij}and matrix of
customer needs {pij}. Both of matrices have dimension
100x100.
Code of
pseudorandom-number is in generator panel.
Transportation cost are
in interval [1~100]. Values {pij}are from set {1,2,3,4,5}.
Opining cost are same and equal 100.
Obtained matrices are
kept as text files.
