It is difficult to name a sphere of activity, in which the methods of pattern recognition [1,2] would not be applied. The large number of different tasks was solved at the analysis of the geological information [3]. The methods of recognition are widely applied at statement of the medical diagnoses [4]. They find a use and in economy [5], sociology [6] and other areas.        The methods of recognition serve base for construction of means of information interchange between the man and machine. A lot of attention is given to recognition and synthesis of speech signals [7]. Apparently, the greatest number of works is devoted to recognition of the images [8,9].  The literature: 1.
