SMJ'S RULES FOR AUTHORS

Check your article for spelling, style, and grammar.

Prepare your article  in LATeX or AMSTeX on referring to the
guidelines of Pleiades Publishing Ltd.

List references  in order of appearance and , in case the paper is in Russian,
 according to  amsbib.sty

References to journals should explicitely inclede the volume, issues, and 
pages of the cited article.

Avoid bulky formulas and references in the abstract.
Never use unembedded fonts in illustrations, Windows encoding, and use only  type 1 fonts.
Do not use the commands \intertext \noalign \handcarryover.
Do not use italics, bold, special symbols, and inlined math in \tag  and \eqno.
All new results must be proved. Surveys should be submitted elsewhere.

Submit papers through the Authors' Portal of Pleiades

The files of submission must be sent in pdf and LaTeX or AMSTeX format.
Never use any compression software for submission.
Make illustrations black and white in the grayscale mode with resolution
212--300 dpi and use eps-format.

Note the change of the publisher's policy. Your article may be accepted
by way of Open Access publication. The relevant details

Upon acceptance your article, fill-in and sign the Copyright
Transfer Agreement

Observe the reqirements of the Copyright Transfer Agreement:

The Author (Co-authors)
guarantee that the Work is original, submitted only to this Journal
and/or Publisher, and have not been published previously in the
English language. 

 If the Work contains fragments of works or refer
to works protected by copyright and belonging to a third party, the
Author (Co-authors) must obtain the written permission of the
copyright holders for all types of use and to make proper reference to
the source and provide the Publisher with copies of the specified
permissions.
