The workshop will take place at Sobolev Institute of Mathematics, Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences. It is a part of the INTAS project "Complexity, algorithms, and computer methods in geometric topology" in which teams from Pisa, Frankfurt, Chelyabinsk, and Novosibirsk are involved.

The organizers are planning 45-min. talks, 20-min. communications, and discussion sessions on geometry and topology of 3-manifolds, their classificationa and invariants.
