Important visa information

Please, notice that all foreign participants (except for 27 states) must have a valid visa to enter Russia.

To apply for visa, you need an official invitation. We may launch its preparation after receiving your data; namely

• the scan of your passport (the main page with the photo only),
• your answers to the visa questionnaire (a similar one from 2019 is available here but, please, do not fill that form and send your answers in a message instead):
  1. e-mail address for correspondence,
  2. last name, first name, middle name(s),
  3. gender,
  4. date of birth, place of birth - city and country,
  5. citizenship,
  6. passport number - with the dates of issue and expiration,
  7. affiliation and position,
  8. work address, current home address, and the consulate, where you will apply for visa,
  9. the dates of entering and leaving Russia.

We advise to send your data as soon as possible. The procedure may be quite long (30 or even 45 working days); moreover, some consulates may ask for the printed version of your invitation.

The normal situation is that the dates of your entering and leaving Russia are between April 30 and May 15, 2020. In addition, please check that you passport is valid during 6 monthes after your departure from Russia (approximately, until December 2020). If it is not then you have to change it. We strongly recommend you to have a medical insurance valid for Russia.
