Title: The correspondence approach for n-simplex maps

Abstract: In this talk, we give an introduction to the theory of n-simplex maps, and explain their relation to integrable systems. We explain the relation between n-simplex maps and matrix refactorisation problems and present the correspondence approach that gives rise to wider classes of solutions. We present 2- and 3-simplex maps associated with the NLS and KdV type equations, and we show how to construct n-simplex maps for n>3.
