Conference Discrete Analysis and Operations Research (DAOR'2004) is organized by Sobolev Institute of Mathematics, Novosibirsk State University, Russian Scientific Society of Operations Research, Russian Association of Mathematical Programming under the sponsorship of the Russian Foundation for Basic Research. Date: June 28-July 2, 2004 Place: Akademgorodok,
Novosibirsk, Russia Conference languages:
Russian and English Objective of the conference is to bring together researchers in discrete analysis and operations research, to exchange knowledge, to identify promising research avenues and application domains, to foster new collaborations. This will be the fifth conference on discrete analysis and operations research. The first one was held in 1996 as a part of the Siberian Congress on Industrial and Applied Mathematisc (INPRIM'96). Since 1998 DAOR is biennial conference takes place in Sobolev Institute of Mathematics of Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences during last week of June. Scientists from Moscow, St.Petersburg, Ekaterinburg, Nizhnii Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Tomsk, Irkutsk and other cities and from abroad participate at the conference. As a rule, the number of participants is 120-150. Selected papers presented at the conference are published in the special issue of the journal "Discrete Analysis and Operations Research".

How to reach
Participants arriving at Tolmachevo airport may take a shuttle bus 808 from the airport to the hotel "Zolotaya Dolina". The bus leaves every hour from 6:20 to 22:20. Participants arriving at the railway station "Novosibirsk-Glavnyi" may take a route taxi 15 or bus 622 from the station to the bus station "Tsvetnoi proezd" (terminal).
