Accommodation

• Those who have given preference to the hotel accommodation, please, select/confirm until May 31 your room type: either a place in a double room, or a single room.

• As the number of places is limited, please note that at this stage it is not possible to change your previously chosen accommodation type (hotel/dormitory). If there is an absolute necessity to do so, contact the organizers for further enquiries.

Hotel “Zolotaya Dolina” (“Golden Valley”)

Price: a place in a double room is 1300 RUB per night, 1st category single room is 2100 RUB per night. If you want to share a room with a particular participant, please let us know.
Conditions: a TV set, a fridge, a telephone, toilet and shower in the room.

Note: People working in the organizations of the Russian Academy of Sciences may have further discount for certain room categories. Please, contact the organizers for the details, and bring along the relevant identification documents.

Student dormitory (of Novosibirsk State University)

Price: 550 RUB per night
Conditions: a separate room (for one person) with minimum furniture (a bed, a table, and a closet), shower and toilet in the block consisting of 2 rooms.

Internet: unfortunately, there is no Wi-Fi in the dormitory nor in the hotel. In the hotel, there is a possibility to purchase cable internet access (100 RUB/hour or 3,60 RUB/Mb). We plan to provide a free Wi-Fi internet access in the Institute of Mathematics during the conference.

Migration card (for foreign guests): on arrival in plane/airport you will fill in the migration card. Please, keep it till departure. The hotel reception will request the card to make the necessary marks.
