The Closing Ceremony of the Conference took place in the Conference Hall
of the Sobolev Institute of Mathematics in the evening on August 23. The
participations exchanged of views on the work done during this
last working session of the Conference. They noted the high level of
lectures and talks, active participation of young scientists in the Conference.
As a result of discussions, the participations made a decision on the necessity of
the continuation of holding similar conferences.
