entering Russia must have a Russian visa
(except for those from countries having
agreements about visa-free visits).
You can get official information
about entering Russian Federation in Russian
Consulate or Embassy in your country (see
Address of
Diplomatic and consular missions of Russia).
Obtaining a visa requires an
official invitation to visit Russian Federation.
In order to let the organizing committee give
you such an invitation, please,

fill in "Application Form" (DOC-file)

make a scanned copy of the
first page of your passport (where the
photograph is placed)
