RULES OF ABSTRACTS’ ARRANGEMENT
- The electronic version of the abstract should desirably be written in MicrosoftWord (version 97-2003) in Russian or English languages.
- At the beginning of the thesis, you should specify the index, title in Russian and English, surname and initials of the authors, companies, addresses. The title should be in capital letters 14 pt bold font in the center of the page. Then a single string blank. Authors’ names should be under the heading 12 pt lowercase, bold and centered on the page. Skip one line. The place of work of the authors is under authors italics, 12 pt, centered on the page. E-mail of the author submitting the report, italic, 12 pt, centered on the page after the address of the place of work. The main text in an interval after the affiliations of the authors, font size 12 pt page width. The indent in the beginning of the paragraph is 0.8 cm.
- Document format – MS WORD 97-2003 (font Times New Roman, 12 pt, single-spaced, margins: top 2.0 cm, left 3.0 cm, right1.5 cm, bottom 2 cm, portrait mode, word wrap automatically, indent 0.5 cm).
- Scope of the thesis to 1.5 pages (including tables, figures and references) in A4 format. Page numbers are placed at the bottom of the page, centered.
- Links to grants executed by a footnote on the title at the bottom of the first page (for footnotes use *). References in the text to the cited literature are given in square brackets, for example [1]. References to unpublished works are not allowed.
- All formulas, including separate variables referred to in the text, should be typed in the formula editor Microsoft equation or MathType. No Pets set of formulas in text mode or by using the symbol table. Settings Microsoft equation or MathType should be as follows. The style: text – Times New Roman, direct; function Times New Roman, italic; variable Times New Roman, italic; Greek letters Symbol, oblique; symbol – Symbol, direct; numbers – Times straight. Sizes: regular – 12 pt, large index – 10 pt, small index – 8 pt, large symbol – 16 pt, small symbol – 12 pt. The size of the formulas horizontal should not exceed 130 mm long formula must be divided into blocks. It is not recommended to use the multi-indices. The numbered formulas should be included in the red line, the equation number is placed on the right edge. Numbered only those formulas that are in the text links.
- When displaying graphs, charts, be aware that color printing of pages of the book is not intended. To complete drawings allowed to use graphics in MS Word. Inscriptions and symbols on figures should be in the script, visually confusable font Times new Roman 10 pt, CourierNew 10 pt Arial 10 pt.

The reports in full, recommended by the program Committee, will be published in ranked journals (Bulletin of Novosibirsk State University, Mathematical Notes of North-Eastern Federal University, and others).
