First announcement
The international conference on algebra, mathematical logic, and applications will be held in Novosibirsk (Russia) on November 11-15, 2024. This year it is dedicated to the 115th anniversary of the birth of Anatoly Ivanovich Mal'tsev and the 300th anniversary of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The organisers of the conference are Sobolev Institute of Mathematics and Mathematical Center in Akademgorodok.

The programme will consist of invited talks (approx. 45 minutes) and contributions in sections (approx. 10-20 minutes). The topics include (but are not limited to) computability, groups, rings, models, non-classical logics, other related areas, as well as applications of algebra and mathematical logic in computer science.
As usual, talks at the Mal'tsev Meeting are judged as talks at the "Algebra and Logic" seminar. Articles on reported results can be submitted to the journal with the same title.
An electronic collection of abstracts will be published online. The abstracts (at most 1 page) should be prepared in (a considerably new version of) LaTeX following the sample and sent to the organisers. Please, do not forget to indicate the section.
The deadline for registration and abstract submission is October 27, 2024.
