Authors may submit at most two papers reporting on novel results that are not published or submitted simultaneously to any journal or another conference with refereed proceedings. All papers should be prepared in the Springer LNCS format, can have 12-15 pages, and submitted in PDF. Please, follow the official Springer authors’ guidelines.
Authors can send abstracts without papers for oral presentations.

After uploading a paper, authors from Russian organizations should send a copy of Permission of Expert Commission for open access publication of the paper by e-mail of the Organizing Committee: motor@math.nsc.ru
In this 2025 year, we have a new opportunity to publish some papers in electronic journal from Russian White List of scientific journals: Siberian Electronic Mathematical Reports (SEMR). This journal was founded in 2004 by the Sobolev Institute of Mathematics and is indexed in Mathematical Reviews, CiteFactor, Math-Net.Ru, eLibrary.ru, and Scopus (Q2).
The conference proceedings will be published by Springer-Verlag in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) and some selected papers in Siberian Electronic Mathematical Reports (SEMR). The LNCS volume will be published before the conference. The SEMR volume will be published after the conference in 2025.
Papers presented at the conference MOTOR 2025, or related papers, can be considered for peer-reviewed publication in special issues of the following journals from Russian White List of scientific journals:

Discrete Analysis and Operations Research
The journal Discrete Analysis and Operations Research is published by the Sobolev Institute of Mathematics of SB RAS. The journal accepts original papers of theoretical or practical importance of the MOTOR 2025 conference topics in Russian. The English translations of the papers are published in the Journal of Applied and Industrial Mathematics (Scopus Q3, JSR 0,348).
